This website is operated by RockinRedFox Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RockinRedFox.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you use our services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the website, including visitors and customers.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your country of residence, or that you have the appropriate permission to do so.

You must not use our products, website or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦

RockinRedFox sells alternative clothing, accessories, gifts, homeware and handmade RavenDreadz synthetic hair extensions and accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, images and measurements accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

Handmade RavenDreadz products may contain small variations because of the handmade nature of the item.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue products, limit quantities available for purchase, correct errors in product descriptions or pricing, and refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraudulent orders.

𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬

RockinRedFox is a UK-based business and our store base currency is British Pounds (GBP).

Depending on your country or region, prices may be displayed and charged in a supported local currency.

Where local currency pricing is available, Shopify may automatically convert prices using the applicable exchange rate and currency conversion settings.

Prices may change without notice.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.

𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

An order confirmation does not prevent us from cancelling an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been a pricing or stock error, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the address supplied.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the appropriate refund will be issued.

𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚

RockinRedFox delivers throughout the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.

International delivery is currently available to the United States, European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway, Canada and Australia.

Available delivery services and shipping charges are shown at checkout and may depend on destination and total shipment weight.

International orders are sent using tracked services through Royal Mail and/or Transglobal Express depending on the destination and shipment requirements.

Full dispatch times, delivery information, international weight limits and handmade or made-to-order processing times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

𝗗𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦, 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗧𝗔𝗫𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗦

For supported international destinations, applicable import duties and import taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.

These charges are separate from the shipping charge.

Where duties or import taxes are collected at checkout, RockinRedFox will use an appropriate duty-paid delivery service for the shipment.

Customs authorities may still inspect parcels and customs processing can occasionally cause delays outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗦, 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Eligible customers may request a change-of-mind return within the applicable return period.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Certain products may be exempt from standard cancellation or return rights where permitted by law, including personalised products, products made to a customer's individual specifications, and sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken after delivery.

A product being handmade or made to order does not automatically make it non-returnable unless it has been personalised or made to the customer's individual specifications.

Custom RavenDreadz pieces created to a customer's specific colour combination, length, fitting or other individual requirements cannot normally be returned for change of mind where the applicable legal exemption applies.

These exclusions do not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

𝗙𝗔𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗬, 𝗗𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗥 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗𝗦

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

We may ask for your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate.

Third-party brand names, trademarks and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

Our website is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, delivery, analytics and other store functions.

Nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights.
