Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from RockinRedFox. If you change your mind about an item, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition

Items must include original tags and packaging where applicable

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Worn items

Items showing signs of use

Custom or personalised items

Hair extensions that have been worn or altered

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Original shipping costs will be refunded where required under UK consumer law. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

A description of the issue

Photos of the item if possible

We will arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

 

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return instructions will then be provided.

Important Notes

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items.

RockinRedFox is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
