Order Processing
Most orders placed with RockinRedFox are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Handmade RavenDreadz Processing Time
RavenDreadz dreadlock extensions are handmade to order.
Please allow up to 3 weeks processing time before your RavenDreadz order is dispatched.
This time allows for the creation and preparation of your handmade set.
If your order includes both clothing and RavenDreadz, your items may be shipped together once the RavenDreadz set is complete, unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping Locations
RockinRedFox offers worldwide shipping.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
RockinRedFox cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
