RockinRedFox Ltd is based in the United Kingdom and sends orders using tracked delivery services.
In-stock clothing and accessories are normally dispatched within 1 business day.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same working day where possible.
Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on UK public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

UK orders are sent using tracked Royal Mail services.
Available delivery options and the current delivery charge will be shown at checkout.
Product availability may vary depending on the delivery address.
RavenDreadz handmade products are not currently available for delivery to Northern Ireland.
Other RockinRedFox products may remain available for delivery to Northern Ireland.

Express delivery uses a faster postal service from the date your order is dispatched.
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday, at weekends or on public holidays will therefore normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times provided by the courier are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by RockinRedFox.

Some RavenDreadz products are handmade or made to order.
The processing time for each handmade item will be shown on the individual product page and is in addition to the delivery time.
Please check the individual product information before ordering.
If an order contains both an in-stock item and a made-to-order RavenDreadz item, the order may be dispatched together once the handmade item is ready unless otherwise arranged.
RavenDreadz products are currently available only for supported destinations shown at checkout.
RavenDreadz products are not currently offered for sale or delivery to European Union countries or Northern Ireland.

RockinRedFox currently ships eligible products to selected international destinations.
International delivery is available to the United States, European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway, Canada and Australia.
Product availability may vary by destination.
Not every product shown on the RockinRedFox website is available for delivery to every country or region.
RavenDreadz handmade products are not currently offered for sale or delivery to customers in European Union countries or Northern Ireland.
Other RockinRedFox products may remain available to those destinations where shown at checkout.
If your basket contains a product that is unavailable for your delivery destination, checkout may ask you to remove that product before completing your order.
Available shipping services and charges are calculated at checkout according to the destination and total shipment weight.
All international orders are sent using tracked delivery services.
We currently use a combination of Transglobal Express and Royal Mail, depending on the destination and service required.

Orders to the United States are sent using a duty-paid Transglobal Express service.
Where applicable, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected by Shopify at checkout.
The shipment is then sent using a Delivered Duty Paid service so that applicable import charges collected at checkout can be handled as part of the customs process.
Customers should not normally be asked to pay the same duties or import taxes again when their parcel is delivered.

Eligible RockinRedFox products may be ordered for delivery to European Union countries where the product is available for that destination.
RavenDreadz handmade products are not currently available for purchase or delivery to European Union countries.
For eligible orders to European Union countries, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where required.
Orders are sent using an appropriate duty-paid service, which may include Royal Mail PDDP or a suitable Transglobal Express DTP/DDP service depending on the destination.
This is intended to deal with applicable import charges before delivery rather than the customer receiving an unexpected customs charge when the parcel arrives.
Product safety, manufacturer and EU Responsible Person information is provided on relevant product pages where required.

RavenDreadz handmade products are not currently available for purchase or delivery to Northern Ireland.
If a RavenDreadz product is added to an order for delivery to Northern Ireland, checkout may require the restricted item to be removed before the order can be completed.

Orders to Switzerland and Norway are currently available for parcels weighing up to 2kg.
Applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where required.
Orders are sent using an appropriate Royal Mail duty-paid international service.

Orders to Canada and Australia are sent using a suitable Transglobal Express duty-paid service.

For the international destinations currently supported by RockinRedFox, Shopify may calculate applicable duties and import taxes using information including:

β’ Product type
β’ Harmonised System tariff code
β’ Country of origin
β’ Destination country
Any applicable duties and taxes shown at checkout are separate from the shipping charge.
The shipping charge covers delivery, while any applicable duties and taxes are calculated separately at checkout.
Although duty-paid delivery is used for supported destinations where applicable, customs authorities retain the right to inspect parcels and customs processing can occasionally cause delays outside our reasonable control.

Current maximum shipment weights are:

These limits apply only to products that are available for the relevant destination.
If your basket exceeds the available shipping weight for your destination, a shipping option may not appear at checkout.
Please contact us if you would like to place a larger order and we can check whether an alternative delivery option is available.

Customers are responsible for checking that their delivery address is complete and correct before placing an order.
RockinRedFox cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned or delivered incorrectly because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied at checkout.
If you notice an address error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

If an international parcel is refused, unclaimed or returned because the customer supplied an incorrect address, any refund will be handled once the parcel has safely returned to RockinRedFox.
Original postage costs and any return charges incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
